Mark has 25 years' experience with all types of commercial property management and lease administration. From site development to coordinating among stakeholders, Mark has worked with franchisee portfolios and is a licensed NYS Real Estate broker himself. Mark's Project Management and Controller expertise add to MSS Property's suite of services.
Steven T. LaGreca, Client Compliance Initiative and Strategy
Steve brings 10+ years of experience in Healthcare to MSS Property Solutions. His specialty is state and Federal licensure filings for healthcare facilities, particularly for pharmacies and DME suppliers. Steve has also worked on the Payer side in Member and Provider Experience. Steve holds an Executive MBA in Healthcare Administration from Baruch College in New York City.
